Most takeaway businesses do not have an online presence due to the restrictive costs of having an e-commerce website that can be priced between 2 to 4 thousand pounds. Add the additional complexity of maintaining your menu in two places and having to monitor two different systems, people tend to opt for not having a website and instead rely on services such as JustEat.
Our EPOS system for takeaway will serve as a wonderful solution to this problem. It will seamlessly integrate with your e-commerce website and allow you to manage your menu from one place. Any orders placed on the website come directly to your EPOS allowing you to act quickly and efficiently. This is a cost-effective way of maintaining an online presence and eliminating the dependency on third-party services such as JustEat.
Your orders are managed in three easy steps:
Take orders quickly over the phone using our caller ID and postcode lookup features, online - using our Order Management System (OMS) or over the counter.
Once the order is received, your takeaway EPOS software will direct it immediately to the kitchen through the kitchen display unit or kitchen printer.
As soon as the order is prepared, you will receive a notification from the kitchen display unit allowing you to swiftly deliver food to your customers.
